Celebrities and DUI’s

Lately, there seemed to be a lot of celebrities invloved in DUI’s. Is that a fad or what? Popular celebrities that were charged with DUI’s are Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Britney Spears, Khloe Kardashian, Heather Locklear and the list goes on.
