My Girl Cousins

Finally, after a long time, I had a chance to meet up with my girl cousins. Berna, Wilma and Len were like sisters to me. We practically grew up together. Wilma is the oldest, while Berna and Len are both younger than me. We bonded like sisters because we were the only girl among our siblings. We did not have any choice back then, that’s why we have to stick together. Just kidding!

Among my cousins, they were the ones closest to me. Although, we do not see each other as much as we want to, that bond that we have will always remain intact. Now, we are all mommies. How time flies!

Right now, paying for a photography class is something I cannot afford. But someday, I will fulfill that dream of becoming a professional photographer. I take pictures so that I can put into still life my fun moments with family and friends. So, expect this blog to be filled with candid shots and dramatic poses. Don’t you sometimes pose and pretend that you do not know your picture is being taken? Worse, you are the one taking a picture of your own self, posing like you are not aware of it. =) Well, I do! haha Admit it, you do too!

Here are some of my favorite recent pictures. That’s my sister Inah @ Sbarro and my brother Alan, the gangsta in the family.

Thanks God For Sisters

I waited for seven years to finally have a sister. I was so happy when she was born. There was less competition between us because of the large age difference. She was more of a little sister than a buddy to me. But when she grew up, we became closer as we go shopping together, have coffee in Starbucks, and talk about boys.

In her, I found a confidant, companion and a soul-sister. I may not tell her everyday how much I appreciate her, but I hope she knows she plays a very important role in my life.Love yah sis!

Merry Christmas

This year, I spent Christmas with my entire family. The picture above shows my sister beside a Christmas tree. Actually, that was taken when we went to the SM Megamall. She just thought it’s fun to pose beside the decorations. She can be silly at times.:)

Speaking of Christmas tree, one thing I miss about spending Christmas at our home in the province is putting up the Christmas tree with my sister. This year, we enjoyed the holiday season here in the city instead of going back to our hometown. No matter where we are, as long as we are complete, that’s all that matters. Happy Hollidays everyone!
