I pamper myself by having a facial treatment, hair treatment and also getting my nails done. But when the budget is not enough, my top priority among these three is the facial treatment. To look beautiful, it’s important to keep the skin blemish-free. When I lay down for my facial, I love the part when the dermatologist is doing treatment for blackheads. My face feels so refreshed after having those whiteheads, blackheads and cholesterol deposits removed from my face.

Fashion School in the Philippines

This year I am going to make it happen. I will enroll in a Fashion School. I’m choosing between School of Fashion and the Arts Manila (SoFA) and Fashion Institute of the Philippines (FIP). Based on the feedback I gathered online, I might go with FIP because it’s more affordable (in my case). I haven’t personally asked information from these schools yet. Who knows my mind might change later.

I Miss Shopping

It’s weekend again.

My previous weekend was pretty boring so I owe it to myself to make this one relaxing and stress-free. One thing I miss is shopping. I was wondering, is there a 3-sale in any malls near me? I want to buy some clothes, sjoes, bags, and the list goes on. I want to have a sip of my favorite Starbucks frappuccino. But the problem is, I am too lazy to get out of bed. Would there be a mocha frappe in my sleep?

Like a lot of people, of course, I want to have sexy abs. But I hate doing crunches. But then I came across an article that makes it sound that getting absa can be done in an easy step. I practice yoga so this must be easy for me. I read from Yahoo Health, that you can get those nice abs with 5 simple steps. But of course, you have to do it properly to get the result that you wanted.

Plank pose
Balance on toes and forearms (or palms) for up to a minute, pulling belly button to spine and keeping back straight.

Standing bicycle
Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, hands clasped behind head and elbows pointed out to sides. Straighten left leg as you lift right leg, knee bent, thigh parallel to floor. Keeping knee lifted and steady, twist torso toward right. Return to start. Repeat on other side for one rep. Do 10 reps.

Side winder
Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, hands clasped behind head and elbows pointed out to sides. Lift right leg to side, knee bent, thigh parallel to floor. Keeping knee lifted, bend torso to right side, bringing elbow and knee toward each other. Do 10 reps; switch sides; repeat.

Seesaw
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, hands on hips. Lift right leg, knee bent, thigh parallel to floor with foot flexed. Straighten right leg, pressing heel toward floor, as you lean torso backward. Return to knee lift position and repeat five times. Switch sides and repeat.

Forward bend
Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, arms overhead with palms facing in. Lift right leg, knee bent, thigh parallel to floor. Keeping knee lifted and arms raised, bring torso and knee toward each other as close as you can. Return to start; switch sides and repeat for one rep. Do 10 reps.

Jealousy, the green-eyed monster, can ruin your relationship if it gets out of hand. I think for the most part, jealousy stems from insecurity. You may have these nagging feelings that you are not good enough for the person, or you are not pretty enough, not sexy enough and the list goes on. A jealous mind can make trivial things seem really worse. Others may consider jealousy as a sign of love, but I do not see it that way. Among other things, love is all about trusting your partner.
