When I was in college, I attended a yoga class for a semester. It was a fulfilling learning experience. We were taught yoga and meditation. During those times, my mind and body feels really great!

After taking that class, I was no longer able to practice yoga. Blame it on my poor time management skills. I felt like I was too busy with other things. But I want to my mind and body to feel rejuvenated again. I can practice yoga and meditation at home, I just nee to allot time for these activities. I will start by getting my own meditation chair. I will let you guys know my progress!

Podiatrist

I always thought that my feet are funny looking because the bones on the side of my feet are very prominent. It’s so difficult for me to find a pair of shoes that fits well. Most of the time, it feels tight because of the bone structure of my feet. I always wanted to consult a podiatrist to see what can be done with it.

However, there are very few who have Podiatrist Jobs in our area. I need to go to the city for a consultation. I hope a podiatric can recommend me a pair of shoes that would make walking very comfortable.

Did I Gain Weight?

Everyone around me is saying I gained weight. I used to be really skinny. Since I had a fast metabolism, I can eat all I want and stay skinny. Maybe my metabolism slowed down because I noticed too that I can’t fit in my old clothes anymore.

Admittedly, I tend to get lazy working out. Most likely, having a personal trainer program would help me stay fit. I just want my body to be back to its usual size. Buying a new wardrobe can be expensive!

Since I do not have a job at the moment, I am staying home most of the time. When I have nothing to do, it’s so tempting to eat, whether it’s home-cooked or delivered from the fast food restaurant. My sister said I have to get out of that.

Since I have a fast metabolism, I use that as an excuse whenever I want to indulge myself. I think I should try sensa. It’s said to help curb a person’s cravings for food.

Know Your Benefits

At my first job, they offered us good incentives and benefits. Our health benefits saved me a lot of money. Whenever I go to an accredited hospital, the doctor’s fee and laboratory fees are free. We had free annual medical check up and dental procedures as well. So, I really took advantage of it.

But I was surprised that my co-workers did not even try to use the health card issued to us. It would have saved them a lot of hospital bills. It turned out that they were not aware of these benefits that we have. So, I advised them to always know your benefits whether its social security disability or company health benefits.

Timeless Beauty

I was looking at pictures of veteran actress Elizabeth Taylor. She’s really one of the most beautiful woman in Hollywood. Even now that she’s a lot older, her beauty is timeless. It’s actually her birthday today. She just turned 79.

I wonder if she takes hgh human growth hormone to retain that timeless beauty. I may not be as beautiful as Elizabeth Taylor, far from it, but I want to grow old gracefully too.

Straight or Curly?

Last year, I decided to have a really short hair cut. People were surprised because they were used to seeing me with long straight hair. I noticed that my hair is getting longer again. I’m deciding whether I should have my hair straightened or curled.

I tried Japanese perm a few times in the past and it looked really nice. However, I haven’t tried a wavy or curly hairdo. Should I stick with something I’m used to or should I try something new?

Acne Scars Treatment

What’s the most annoying thing about acne break out? It’s the dark spots and scars that they leave on the face. So even if I don’t have acne anymore, the scars on my face still show an evidence that I had them before. I have been looking for acne scar remedies for my face to have an even skin tone. My dermatologist recently recommended an acne treatment and I hope it works.

When you shop, do you prefer to buy branded items? For me it actually depends. The main reason when I choose a product is the quality and price. With the current economy condition, I need to be budget conscious.

When looking for diet pills, are you brand conscious too? For instance when looking for phentermine pills, would you prefer known brands such as Adipex or would you go for a generic Phentermine? There’s really no significant difference between the two. It all depends on your preference and budget.
