How to Go to Robinsons Otis (NBI Clearance)

If you need your NBI clearance right away, they release it at their satellite office in Robinsons Otis within the same day (if you don’t have a hit!). The line isn’t that long! That day, getting my NBI clearance was a breeze! Read my experience here.
Take LRT line 1, get off U.N. Station. There’s a tricycle station at the corner of the street. The tricycles are yellow, just ask the driver to take you to Robinsons Otis (they are familiar with it). The fare is only 10 pesos!

Take the MRT going to Taft Station. Then Transfer to LRT1, baba ka sa UN station. From there, you’ll see the yellow tricyles I’, talking about that should take you to Robinson’s Otis.
Pagbalik mo take the tricycle going back to UN Station tapos LRT-MRT ulit!

I’ve been to Robinson’s EDSA,it was an incredible line! One applicant I’ve asked she arrived at 6m and her number was 900! It was already 3pm and she was still on her final step! I went to our LPC-NBI, unfortunately, it’ll take 30 days to be released.

Hi! I followed the directions you provided. I made one huge mistake though. When I got to Taft-U.N., I boarded a pedicab instead of a tricycle and I was charged 60 pesos! I didn’t know pedicab rides cost that much!
The pedicab ride aside, the whole experience was pleasant. The NBI satellite office in Rob Otis, being relatively inaccessible, doesn’t see as much people as other satellite offices do. I got there at high noon and I was done by 2 p.m.

ever monumento (Aug 26), i got my number but the schedule for my application is after a month (Sept 26).
i went to robinson galleria last september 3 but there was an advisory in front of the mall saying that there are no more saturday schedules. whew…
and then, i found your blog….
thank you so very much, really. i was in robinson otis
just yesterday (Sept 6), i arrived there around 5:45AM and im at number 30. we entered the mall around 8AM and to my calculation people in line are around 150. i got my clearance around 9:45AM. and still have time to celebrate my birthday with wifey. hehehe.

Hello guys! I got my nbi clearance so fast at rob otis this morning. I went there at around 7:30 am and finished the process at 9:30 am. It’s all good because I save a lot of time unlike before.I also like the attitude of their employees. They are very approachable and kind. Thanks to everyone who shared their ideas and experiences at the said site.

pupunta ako ngayon para maexperience ko yung process ng nbi sa robinson otis branch taga antipolo ako sobrang hassle sa branch dito sa robinson metro east 5 am dapat nakapila ka na at sobrang tagal as in usad pagong kaya mag try ako diyan .

Kung alam nyo ang way papunta ng LRT Baclaran Station, sakay kayo papunta don tapos, take the monumento bound, makinig sa pag-anunsyo ng stasyon, kapag narinig ang UN Station, wag pumara!!!! antayin lang tumigil ang tren at bumaba.

hi, ask ko lng pede pa din ba kumuha ng copy ng NBI kahit di ako paparenew, kakarenew ko lang last october and nasa employer ku na yung isang copy, since lumipat ako ng company need ko ulet kumuha. just wanna make sure na pedeng kumuha ng copy and not renewal.

I got my nbi clearance today from the nbi satellite office in Robinsons Otis. Kung sasakay ka ng tricycle near UN Avenue, P60 ang bayad mo. Kung medyo short ka sa pera, you may take a jeepney at the corner of escoda and leon guinto near Pedro Gil and Taft avenue (going Paco). Fare is P8. Tell the jeepney barker that you’re going to Otis. The barker will then tell the driver that you’ll be going to Otis. The route of the jeepney is towards G. Apacible. You’ll get off at the corner of G. Apacible and San Gregorio. When you get off at San Gregorio, walk a block and make a left turn at Merced Street. You’ll find the jeepney station flying the Otis area. Fare is P8 also. So P16 compared against P60 is a lot of difference.
I was at Robinsons Otis at 10am and got my clearance at 3:30pm. There is a 500 cutoff now a days at Robinsons Otis satellite office. I think I was #494 when I came at 10am. However, at 2pm they added another 100 more. So those people who came in the afternoon were lucky enough to get their clearance in less time. Kudos to all the nbi employees who manned the Robinson Otis satellite office. They are very friendly and organized.

I have a question, pwede po ba akong mag request ulit ng nbi clearance khit naka request na ako sa ibang nbi kiosk?, sobrang tagal kasi yung release nung sa quezon city hall. mas mabilis daw sa robinsons otis kailangang kailangan na talaga kasi yung NBI.

I was really disappointed on Robinson Otis’ NBI satellite, I was hoping that these posts were true (30mins,2hrs,5hrs & 30 mins done/NO 500 LIMIT). unfortunately because of these imbeciles posting their experience here. people really far away from Robinson Otis now will be getting their NBI clearance there and I even eavesdropped someone that a guard from another satellite suggested Otis XD. soon Otis’ will be like the others. I was there 9 AM and finished 4:40 PM and while I was there I was cursing those who posted above(FCK U ALL).
but w8 there is an advantage on going to Otis (Of course will go away soon.)
500 limit is not yet reached till 10 AM(Starts 8 AM and unlike others that cutoff 3 AM lol)
so all of you should go to Robinson Otis!!! Cuz I’m done and you are free to cause havoc to others LOL.

sobrang thank you sa post na to, just last Monday (Feb.20) kumuha ako ng NBI sa robinson Otis kahit medyo malayo sa place ko. Pero sobrang walang panghihinayang dumating ako sa Rob. Otis ng 11:50AM by 2pm nakuha ko na ang NBI clearance ko. kaya Thank You talaga!
