Linday Lohan’s latest mugshot
According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore, Lindsay Lohan has been released from jail after posting a $300,000 bail. She was discharged from a Los Angeles jail at about 11:40 p.m last Friday night. It has been the third time that Lindsay has been sent to jail because of the drug and drunken driving case that happened in 2007.
The 24-year old actress is scheduled to be back in court on October 22. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden Fox will be deciding what her sanction will be for failing a drug test roughly two weeks after her early release from rehab.
