Flawless Beauties

Who among the stars have a flawless look?  My vote goes to Charlize Theron, Scarlett Johansson and Nicole Kidman.

These women seem to have perfect skin. Since their appearance plays an important role in their chosen field, for sure, they know how to take care of their skin. If I can ask them one question, I want to know what their beauty secret is and what is the best anti wrinkle cream for them?
