Leighton Meester – Emmy Awards 2009

When I first saw Leighton Meester on Gossip Girls, no matter how meanie she could be, she still manage to look hot and cute at the same time.  At the recent Emmy Wards, Leighton wore a white hot Bottega Veneta dress, Roger Vivier shoes and Cathy Waterman jewels. Her red clutch  matches her bright red lipstick.
