Boob Tube Addiction

How many hours do you spend sitting down in front of the television while munching your fave junk food? Sometimes, I can be guilty of  doing this. However, a good friend of mine suggested that I do not really have to give up my boob tube addiction. I can do my exercise routine while watching tv.

That would mean I would have to move the plasma mounts to the other part of the room so that I could have a wider space while I am trying to break a sweat while watching tv at the same time.
