New Year’s Resolution – A Healthier Me

I don’t normally make a New Year’s Resolution. But this year, I promised myself that I would be committed to doing what’s on my list. One of my New Year’s resolution is to achieve a healthier, firmer, and sexier body.
I haven’t done any exercise in a long time and I have also been a lot during the holidays. There are few pounds that I want to get rid off. I gained them due to my holiday eating habits. With all those sumptuous food served during the Christmas season, it’s very tempting to just eat and forget about dieting.
I am glad the holidays is over. Today, I began doing some yoga stretching. I follow the routine from an exercise video. One of my friends sent me a Pilates – Marie Winsor Abs Scuplting video and a Pilates Advanced Body Slimming video. How I wish that just by merely watching the video, I can also have a toned body. But that’s not the case. I have to sweat in order to achieve that.
