People magazine named the 40-year old 6-foot-2-inch, Australian actor Hugh Jackman as the “Sexiest Man Alive” for 2008.
“Hugh Jackman is the real package — humble, romantic, drop-dead gorgeous and a star of the moment. He is so much more than his movies — that’s sexy,” said Elizabeth Sporkin, executive editor at People.
Who else made it on the Sexiest Man Alive (2008) list? Daniel Craig, Jon Hamm, Robert Buckley, Zac Efron, Blair Underwood, Ed Westwick, Michael Phelps, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Javier Bardem, Robert Pattinson, Joshua Jackson and David Beckham.
